Just finished the UI design for the new settings editor:
As you can see, I’m planning to add database support (for the upcoming statistics features) and turn the already pretty modular architecture into a plugin system that allows for easy integration of third-party notifications and data sources (monitoring software other than Nagios).
Following yesterday’s 1.0 release, this is just a small fix that includes additional metadata files and an updated README.
The first day of this year also marks the first public release of nagify. Most notably, you can now see Growl notifications for your Nagios alerts. See the CHANGELOG for all the bells and whistles.
nagify is a handy library and utility for displaying various kinds of notifications about Nagios alerts. Currently, it supports Growl on Mac OS X and has a small and experimental Qt4 GUI.
